With the new year fast approaching and many people contemplating health and fitness resolutions, I thought this quote would be a fun one to mention here. I do see reading as brain exercise and I wonder how many people make reading goals for the new year. I've never been too big on setting up reading challenges for myself (i.e. reading a certain number of books from a specific author or subject) but one goal I always try to strive for is increasing my consumption of nonfiction and classic literature. Do you have reading goals for the new year?
