I will never forget the roadtrip my friends and I made at age 16 to Galveston Island-- so many fun adventures. Hubby and I have continued the roadtrip tradition-- It is a great way to explore the country! My little boy is already asking when the next vacation will be-- I bet it will be a quickie to Branson and Silver Dollar City.Lesahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05102907186589066829noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-285552714359981402.post-82861298899541822772011-04-04T00:14:43.516-05:002011-04-04T00:14:43.516-05:00I love road trips! And we didn't even have Nintendo DS' or portable DVD players! We packed BOOKS! I know... unreal. It was an adventure all on it's own! Now, married with 2 kids, road trips are just as exciting and full of adventure.

My favorite destination is anywhere that is different from where I am. Something new, something different. Typically, though, it's a 13 hour road trip back to my childhood home... in the middle of nowhere.Tamenanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-285552714359981402.post-44623877176156988182011-04-02T17:47:23.415-05:002011-04-02T17:47:23.415-05:00Road trips in my family are usually pretty chaotic...Road trips in my family are usually pretty chaotic. My sister complains the whole time, my mom tries to make it a ton more exciting than it actually is, and my dad complains the whole time. But somehow, I usually have a ton of fun! We usually go via car, but sometimes we fly. My favorite destination we've been to was Niagara Falls, but we went during a record heatwave and it was above 100 degrees the entire week. Just our luck :]

Nora @ The Bucket List
nyelekli [at] yahoo [dot] comAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06516523782864417327noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-285552714359981402.post-54313913768373689192011-04-02T14:51:25.099-05:002011-04-02T14:51:25.099-05:00I love love love road trips. I love the fact that the landscape goes from rugged north to flat endless prairies. I find I'm not very good at writing funny scenes or moments...but people seem to THINK I'm rather amusing in person.

As for traveling, I really enjoy going to NYC. I've been a few times and would love to go back. My favorite way to travel? Well, I'm not big on the TRAVELING there aspect...so I'd say planes as cars take too long.

-Lauren
lauren51990 at aol dot comShooting Stars Maghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16074581473656321052noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-285552714359981402.post-3180647324209603662011-03-31T12:21:32.573-05:002011-03-31T12:21:32.573-05:00Great interview and giveaway!

It was soooo awesome! We camped out at Canadian national and provincial parks on the way, saw so many interesting things and met many awesome people :) it was a great 2 weeks! This year we're thinking of doing Trans America back to the East Coast and then we also plan Trans Europe..
We love traveling, doesn't matter if it's by car or by train.. backpacking is perfectly fine, too :)

My mail: evieseo(at)gmail(dot)com

Evie@Bookish,

Cheers!Eviehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05005719267056139440noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-285552714359981402.post-11524146536180644672011-03-30T14:36:17.186-05:002011-03-30T14:36:17.186-05:00This sounds like a really good book. We've never done that though.

My favorite destination would have to be the beach, but maybe that's only because it's snowing outside.

carolsnotebook at yahoo dot comAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-285552714359981402.post-83918262558442845632011-03-30T12:35:40.321-05:002011-03-30T12:35:40.321-05:00Kati Lear
