I don't know about finding a balance, I think I just need more hours in a day.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-285552714359981402.post-56606134820289981452011-04-09T14:33:54.109-05:002011-04-09T14:33:54.109-05:00+JMJ+

My particular issue is balancing reading for leisure and reading for work--and I consider both my tutoring job and my blogging obligations to be "work."

Sometimes I have to reread a book for "Locus Focus" or for a friend's blog event that I made a previous commitment to, and that cuts into both the leisure reading and the essential pondering. And those are the times when I feel that blogging is making me read a lot and ponder a little. =( So to answer your question, yes, blogging about my reading has cut in when during times when I was actually trying to read. (Is this an irony? LOL!)

There are also moments when I think that I do quite a lot of "work" with no practical compensation, and that I should retire the meme and keep the rest of my blogging within more specific parameters. I hope to reach a decision soon.Enbrethilielhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03414765854670926854noreply@blogger.com
